If you need extra support during the setup of the system beyond the norm. It is sold in half hour increments via the link Support - 30 minutes

This can be done by a phone call, Skype call or Teamviewer session.
1 - Find a Date & Time that is suitable and book an appointment here: https://calendly.com/jaronware
Please note that Calendly will show YOU the time in YOUR timezone when making the booking.
MAKE SURE YOU BOOK YOUR CALL AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE PLEASE. Time zones are crazy things and you could book your session whilst we are asleep and have NO idea . . . because we would be asleep. . . We hope you understand.
2 -Install TeamViewer remote access software in your computer https://www.teamviewer.com/
3 - Make sure your TeamViewer App is running and ready at least 5 minutes prior your appointment. Send us your TeamViewer ID and password numbers as per example in the photo below:
4 - Make sure you tell us it is installation support or we will chase you for more information about the problem before accepting the booking and have an idea of what you want to cover so that the time is well spent.
5. An invoice is sent once we know how long you need, or you can pre-purchase the session.
