What are my shipping options

Shipping

Shipping services available are as follows:  Prices should be shown when choosing your shipping option, these do not include insurance. If your require insurance let us know so that we can arrange this requirement and advise what the fee will be for your parcel.
Note: Report any problems with shipping within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

Domestic

Delivered via Australia Post or equivalent.  

International

Batrium does ship internationally usually via TNT or DHL Express with a few exceptions.  This is a signature service but if you give an authority to leave or have one previously agreed to, then this is at your own risk.   Insurance may be arranged on request.  Please note that TNT and DHL Express cannot deliver to a post office box. 
Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc.required by your country for importing consumer goods.  We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.  Please do your research so that you are ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.  

Alternatives

Alternate methods for international transport such as Australia Post or your own courier can be arranged but whilst we take the utmost care and will help if required.  We can take no responsibility for lost or damaged good if you have chosen an alternative method.

Customs and VAT

Please be aware that some countries charge VAT, Customs and Excise duties are likely to need to be paid on top of the advertised purchase price when the item is shipped.
