What are my shipping options

Shipping

Shipping services available are as follows:  Prices should be shown when choosing your shipping option, these do not include insurance. If your require insurance let us know so that we can arrange this requirement and advise what the fee will be for your parcel.
Note: Report any problems with shipping within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

Domestic

Delivered via Australia Post or equivalent.

International

Our international courier is either TNT or DHL Express.  All items will have a tracking number.  

DHL and TNT can't deliver to a post office box therefore you will need to provide an actual address for us to be able to ship or use an alternate method.  

Alternatives

Alternate methods for international transport such as Australia Post or your own courier can be arranged but whilst we take the utmost care and will help if required.  We can take no responsibility for lost or damaged good if you have chosen an alternative method.

Customs and VAT

Please be aware that some countries charge VAT, Customs and Excise duties are likely to need to be paid on top of the advertised purchase price when the item is shipped.
